Aruba -
Aruba is a small island in the Caribbean Sea belonging to the Lesser Antilles and member of the Kindom of the Netherlands. Together with Bonaire and Curaçao to the E they form the ABC Islands. Just about 30 kms south is Venezuela‘s Paraguana Peninsula. The island is relatively flat, with no mountain ranges or rivers, a dry and open countryside with cactuses all over. On west coast are most of the islands beautiful, sandy beaches bordered with calm turquoise waters, wereas the eastern coast is more rugged. Oranjestad is its „urban“ center.
